Parties and Rentals

Birthday Parties

Make your child’s next birthday party unforgettable and stress-free by booking it at Northern Lights Arena! You can set up and decorate however you like. Outside food and drinks are welcome (no alcohol permitted). NLA parties are perfect for children aged 4 and up, with parents welcome to join at no extra charge (adult skate rentals are additional).

$240 Birthday Party Package Includes:

  • 60 Minutes of Private Ice Time.

  • Use of our Community Room/Lobby for 2 Hours*.

  • 20 Skate/Helmet Rentals Included ($2 per additional rental).

  • Optional Glow Lights for an extra $10.

  • *Additional hours for the community room are $25/hour.

  • Please note that Fridays from 7pm-9pm are not available for rentals.

Parent or Guardian Responsibilities:

  • Payment is due 7 days prior to the event.

  • A parent or guardian must be present on-site.

  • Provide paper products, including table covers, plates, and cups, if applicable.

  • Ensure clean-up at the conclusion of the party to leave the facility in the same condition as at the start.

Reservation Form
Liability Release: I, as a participant or legal guardian of a minor, release Northern Lights Arena and their staff from all liability for any accidents, injuries, or property damage arising from my/our participation in or presence at the listed activity. I acknowledge the risks involved and agree voluntarily.
By registering for a birthday party at Northern Lights Arena, I acknowledge that payment is due 7 days before the event, a parent or guardian must be on-site during the party, I am responsible for providing paper products, and I will ensure the facility is cleaned and left in the same condition.

Facility Rentals

Our facility, or portions of it, can be rented for full days, partial days, or by the hour, with rates determined in agreement with the Arena Manager.

Facility Rental Pricing:

  • Prime Ice Rental: $265 per hour

  • Rink One: $1500 per day (Available during the summer months without ice - $55/hr)

  • Rink Two: $1500 per day

  • Stage Rental: $350 per event

  • Lobby Rental: $25 per hour
